Padmita offers complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within India, with no minimum purchase requirement.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders within India are generally delivered within 8-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery to remote locations or areas with limited courier connectivity may take additional time.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, wherever available.
You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN code and contact number.
Padmita will not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of placing the order.
